Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, von der Rechnungsprüfung bis zur Zahlung, und arbeitest dabei idealerweise mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse mit, indem du beispielsweise Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen vorbereitest.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und bereitest relevante Kennzahlen mit MS Excel auf.
- Du bringst dich in Projekte zur Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse ein und hilfst dabei, unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen mit.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, bist du sicher und hast idealerweise schon mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware wie Microsoft Dynamics NAV gearbeitet.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert und du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
