- Eigenverantwortliche Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des QM- Systems
- Selbständige Durchführung von externen Zertifizierungen (z. B. IFS / Q+S / Bio)
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung in lebensmittelrechtlichen Fragen
- Umsetzung der geltenden lebensmittelrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Durchführung interner Audits und Lieferantenaudits
- Organisation des risikobasierten Probenahmeplans
- Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Endverbraucheranfragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Lebensmittelbranche erforderlich
- Erfahrung mit der Durchführung von IFS- Zertifizierungen erforderlich
- Selbstständige, zielorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute MS-Office- Kenntnisse erforderlich
- Zeitweilige Reisebereitschaft / PKW- Führerschein (Besuch der Standorte in Brandenburg, Bayern und Baden Württemberg) erforderlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
