Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst den aktiven Vertrieb unserer Leiterplatten – von der Identifizierung potenzieller Neukunden über die erste Kontaktaufnahme bis zur überzeugenden Produktpräsentation vor Ort.
- Als feste Ansprechperson betreust Du unsere Bestandskunden, baust langfristige Beziehungen auf und erkennst Cross- sowie Up-Selling-Potenziale.
- Du analysierst den Markt und Wettbewerb, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen und unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei strategischen Entscheidungen.
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen sowie Branchenevents, erweiterst Dein Netzwerk und bleibst über die neuesten Technologietrends informiert.
- Du dokumentierst Deine Vertriebsaktivitäten, bereitest Reportings für das Management auf und begleitest Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.

- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und überzeugst im Gespräch mit Verhandlungsgeschick und einem sicheren Auftreten.
- Als motivierte:r Quer- oder Berufseinsteiger (m/w/d) bringst du den Willen mit, dich in die Welt der Leiterplatten einzuarbeiten – Vorkenntnisse sind nicht nötig.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, sodass du auch bei Termindruck stets den Überblick behältst.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1 Niveau), um unsere Kunden optimal zu betreuen.
- Ein PKW-Führerschein rundet dein Profil ab, um Kunden auch vor Ort besuchen zu können.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
