Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, entwickelst und setzt zielgerichtete Kampagnen auf LinkedIn, Instagram und anderen Social-Media-Plattformen um
- Du erstellst Content (Posts, Grafiken, Videos) für Social Media und digitale Kampagnen
- Du arbeitest bei Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams mit und unterstützt bei der Identifikation spannender Neukundenpotenziale sowie beim Aufbau erster Kontakte über Social Media, LinkedIn und weitere digitale Kanäle
- Du setzt moderne KI-Tools, z. B. Large Language Models, zur Optimierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsprozessen ein
- Du erstellst Vertriebsmaterialien, Präsentationen und Marketing-Unterlagen für Kundentermine und pflegst, qualifizierst und verfolgst Leads in unserem Growth Tool nach
- Du managst die Community und interagierst mit Interessent:innen über Social-Media-Kanäle
- Du führst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Social-Media-Trendanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale durch
- Du wertest Campaign-Performance-Daten aus und erstellst Reports
- Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung von Marketing-, Sales- und Business-Development-Strategien mit und unterstützt bei Events & Webinaren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Student:in in einem laufenden Studium in BWL oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
- Du bist mindestens im 4. Semester und hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrung durch ein Praktikum oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit gesammelt
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools
- Du hast Interesse an vertriebsnahen Themen, Kommunikation und Kund:innenkontakt
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift und trittst sicher und professionell auf
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
