Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und setzt die IT-Integration neuer Standorte um, von Netzwerk und Telefonie bis zu Medizingeräten, und bist dafür regelmäßig vor Ort in den Praxen
- Du richtest medizinische Geräte und Spezialhardware ein, betreust sie im laufenden Betrieb und bist Ansprechperson für unsere Praxisteams, wenn es technisch klemmt
- Du sorgst für ein sauberes IT-Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen und automatisierst wiederkehrende Prozesse, damit wir mit dem Wachstum Schritt halten
- Du übernimmst den 1st Level Support und für bestimmte Bereiche auch den 2nd Level, immer ticketbasiert und nachvollziehbar dokumentiert
- Du verwaltest unsere Endgeräte über ein zentrales MDM, koordinierst externe Partner für technische Lösungen und pflegst eigenverantwortlich unser Inventarsystem
- Du denkst Sicherheit in allen Themen mit, hilfst dabei, Sicherheitsstandards einzuführen und einzuhalten, und arbeitest eng mit externen Beratenden und unserem Tech-Team zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Apple-Geräten und Mobile Device Management sowie Erfahrung mit Netzwerklösungen (z.B. UniFi)
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit technischer Integration, Support, Automatisierung und ein gutes Gespür für IT-Sicherheitsthemen im Arbeitsalltag mit
- Du trägst die IT Ops in einem wachsenden Unternehmen eigenverantwortlich, setzt Prozesse auf, findest pragmatische Lösungen und bringst dich in die Budgetplanung ein
- Du bist selbstorganisiert, kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert. Du bist lösungsorientiert, lernbereit und geduldig im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und Herausforderungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
