Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb und die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure & M365) unserer Kunden.
- Du planst und begleitest aktiv Cloud-Migrationen von On-Premise-Infrastrukturen in die Azure- und Microsoft 365-Welt.
- Du administrierst souverän hybride Identitäten und Verzeichnisdienste mit Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID.
- Du stellst die Sicherheit der Cloud-Infrastrukturen sicher, indem du moderne Security-Konzepte und Best-Practice-Standards implementierst und optimierst.
- Durch proaktives Monitoring und die Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben, z.B. mit PowerShell, sorgst du für eine reibungslose Performance der Kundensysteme.
- Als technischer Ansprechpartner unterstützt du unsere Kunden und das Projektteam bei der operativen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) oder bringst vergleichbare, in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse mit.
- In der Microsoft-Welt fühlst du dich zu Hause und hast fundierte Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) und Entra ID.
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WAN, VPN) mit und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Azure Services und hybriden Cloud-Szenarien gesammelt.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie zuverlässig und im direkten Kundenkontakt trittst du serviceorientiert und professionell auf.
- Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Scripting (z. B. mit PowerShell) und interessierst dich für moderne Cloud-Architekturen und Security-Themen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich reibungslos mit Kunden und im Team austauschen zu können.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
