Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unser Vertriebsteam und halten den Kolleg/innen durch Ihre administrative und operative Unterstützung den Rücken frei
- Mithilfe von MS Office erstellen Sie aussagekräftige Reportings und bereiten diese auf
- Sie koordinieren die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen, stellen alle relevanten Unterlagen zusammen und sorgen dafür, dass Absprachen zuverlässig nachverfolgt werden
- Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Lieferpartner bearbeiten Sie telefonische sowie schriftliche Anfragen eigenständig und serviceorientiert
- Sie übernehmen die Verwaltung und Pflege unserer Lieferantenverträge und stellen sicher, dass alle Daten aktuell und korrekt sind

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und gehen sicher mit MS Office um
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Backoffice oder Assistenzbereich
- Sie treten sicher auf, kommunizieren gern und arbeiten zuverlässig sowie sehr gut strukturiert
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Getränkeumfeld, zum Beispiel aus dem Getränkefachgroßhandel oder Einzelhandel, was ein Plus ist
