Für unsere ambulanten Pflegedienste in Duisburg und Dinslaken suchen wir ab sofort:
Eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (32 Std./Woche), unbefristet.
Bei unserem ambulanten Pflegedienst unterstützt du Menschen direkt in ihrem zu Hause.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Klient:innen direkt in deren zu Hause und trägst so maßgeblich zu ihrer Lebensqualität bei.
- Du planst die Pflegemaßnahmen und verantwortest die lückenlose Dokumentation aller Prozesse mit unserer modernen Software.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Klient:innen und deren Angehörige kompetent in allen pflegerischen Belangen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und deinem Team zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Versorgung sicherzustellen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen und gibst als Praxisanleiter:in dein Wissen an Auszubildende weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte oder akademische Pflegefachkraft.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Pflegeplanung mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit digitaler Dokumentationssoftware.
- Eine selbstständige, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, gleichzeitig bist du ein echter Teamplayer.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits eine Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) abgeschlossen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Betreuung zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
