Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der Planung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten von der Vorbereitung bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Sie koordinieren die beteiligten Gewerke, Architekten sowie Fachplaner und stellen einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
- Sie wirken bei der Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Abrechnung von Bauleistungen unter Anwendung der VOB und HOAI mit.
- Sie überwachen Termine, Kosten sowie Qualitätsstandards und erstellen regelmäßige Reportings für die Projektleitung.
- Sie organisieren und dokumentieren Projektbesprechungen und sind für die Pflege der Projektdokumentation verantwortlich.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens.
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten sammeln.
- Sie bringen erste Kenntnisse der AHO, VOB und HOAI mit und sind motiviert, diese in der Praxis zu vertiefen.
- Mit Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Koordination fällt es Ihnen leicht, verschiedene Projektbeteiligte zusammenzubringen.
- Eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Sie kommunizieren fließend auf Deutsch (C1), um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team und mit Partnern zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
