Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei der Planung und Steuerung unserer Bauprojekte von der Vorbereitung bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit der Projektbeteiligten, wie Architekten und Fachingenieure, und stellen einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
- Sie wirken bei der Vertrags- und Nachtragsprüfung mit und unterstützen bei der Rechnungsstellung und -kontrolle nach VOB und HOAI.
- Sie begleiten die Bauausführung vor Ort, nehmen an Baubesprechungen teil und helfen bei der Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität.
- Sie übernehmen die Erstellung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation und bereiten regelmäßige Statusberichte für die Projektleitung vor.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen erste praktische Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Bauprojekten sowie Grundkenntnisse in AHO, VOB und HOAI mit.
- Mit Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit koordinieren und integrieren Sie souverän alle Projektbeteiligten.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich sowie effizient und Sie sind bereit, deutschlandweit zu reisen.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
