Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer Kund:innen in Bezug auf alle qualitätsrelevanten Themen und sorgst dafür, dass ihre Anliegen stets professionell und zeitnah bearbeitet werden
- Du koordinierst in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Produktionsstandorten Qualitätsbeanstandungen, um eine einheitliche Qualitätsstrategie über alle Standorte hinweg sicherzustellen
- Du führst detaillierte Analysen zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Risiken durch, leitest geeignete Abhilfe- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen ein und überwachst deren Umsetzung
- Du planst und führst interne Prozessaudits durch, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in unseren Prozessen zu gewährleisten
- Du überträgst die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus deiner Arbeit gezielt auf andere Produktionsstandorte, um eine ganzheitliche Optimierung zu fördern
- Du erstellst umfassende Qualitätsberichte sowohl für interne Zwecke als auch für unsere Kund:innen, um Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) in diesen Fachrichtungen, verbunden mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche
- Du hast idealerweise eine Auditorenausbildung nach VDA 6.3
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit Tier1- oder OEM-Zulieferern mit, was dir hilft, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu erfüllen
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, wodurch du auch in einem internationalen Umfeld sicher agieren kannst
- Du gehst sicher mit MS-Office, SAP und gängigen Statistikprogrammen um, was dir die tägliche Arbeit erleichtert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
