- Du planst, organisierst und führst eigenständig kreative Gruppen- und Einzelaktivitäten durch
- Im Alltag begleitest du unsere Klienten, förderst ihre soziale Teilhabe und gestaltest gemeinsam mit ihnen ein anregendes Lebensumfeld
- Als Ansprechperson pflegst du einen vertrauensvollen Austausch mit den Klienten und deren Angehörigen
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Pflegeteam stellst du eine ganzheitliche und bedürfnisorientierte Betreuung sicher
- Du dokumentierst die durchgeführten Betreuungsmaßnahmen sorgfältig und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
