Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück des Servicebereichs übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines SHK-Serviceteams und entwickelst es gezielt weiter.
- Du planst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich die Einsätze für Wartungen sowie Störungsbehebungen und stellst so eine hohe Servicequalität beim Kunden sicher.
- Du behältst die wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen wie Produktivität und Auslastung fest im Blick und leitest daraus gezielte Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung ab.
- Du analysierst bestehende Serviceprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und etablierst neue, verbindliche Standards für den gesamten Bereich.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle und berichtest regelmäßig über die Performance deines Bereichs.

- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundendienst, Service oder operativen SHK-Geschäft mit
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Struktur, Verbindlichkeit und Entscheidungsstärke
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und ein gutes Gespür für kundenorientierte Abläufe
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast den Willen, einen Bereich aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
