Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Material Compliance unserer Produkte (u. a. REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS)
- Erstellung und Pflege von Standard- und kundenspezifischen Erklärungen sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen bzgl. Konfliktmineralien (Dodd-Frank Act, EMRT, AMRT)
- Organisation, Koordination und Bewertung von Materialtests in Abstimmung mit unseren Produktionsstandorten in China und der Türkei
- Prüfung, Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Testergebnissen, Zertifikaten sowie umwelt- und compliancebezogenen Lieferantenerklärungen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Materialdatenblättern (MDS) im IMDS-Portal und Koordination der erforderlichen Informationen entlang der Lieferkette
- Pflege relevanter kundenspezifischer Compliance-Portale, Datenbanken und Formulare (z.B. IntegrityNext)
- Verantwortung für unsere UL-Zertifizierung (Underwriters Laboratories)
- Mitarbeit an Umwelt-, Zertifizierungs- und Compliance-Themen sowie Projekten und Dokumentation
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Beratern

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Chemical & Material Compliance, Chemie oder Materialkunde bzw. Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Grundlegende materialwissenschaftliche Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kunststoffe, Metalle und Elektronik
- Sicherer Umgang mit Portalen, Datenbanken und ERP-Systemen
- Kenntnisse über das globale Produktsicherheitsrecht (REACH, RoHS, etc.) wünschenswert
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
