Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sorgen für Kundenzufriedenheit durch verlässliche Betreuung, zügige Rückmeldungen und nutzen das Feedback unserer Kund:innen für Verbesserungen
- Sie führen ein Team von 7 bis 10 Mitarbeitenden nach klaren Führungsprinzipien, delegieren Aufgaben, halten Vereinbarungen nach und klären Fachfragen. Sie verbessern die Abläufe, stärken die Eigenverantwortung und treiben sinnvolle Anpassungen an Kunden- und Marktanforderungen voran
- Sie bewerten Untersuchungsergebnisse (Laboranalysen), erstellen Stellungnahmen und führen Kennzeichnungsprüfungen durch, um Kund:innen zu beraten
- Sie steuern die Wirtschaftlichkeit, indem Sie sich an Kennzahlen orientieren, die Arbeit Ihres Teams vorausschauend planen und dafür sorgen, dass die Abläufe effizient und reibungslos funktionieren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Biologie, Mikrobiologie, Lebensmittelchemie, Biotechnologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie)
- Sie verfügen über Führungserfahrung
- Sie besitzen gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie haben Freude an Organisation und Kommunikation, sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
