- Du arbeitest Angebote und technische Angebotsspezifikationen entsprechend den Anforderungen der Kund:innen aus
- Du koordinierst die Auftragsbearbeitung durch die beteiligten Fachabteilungen und kümmerst dich um die kaufmännische Abwicklung der Aufträge sowie die Unterstützung der Versand- und Exportabteilung
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen
- Du pflegst und erweiterst den Artikel- und Kundenstamm im ERP-System
- Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Vertriebsinnendienst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist als Quereinsteiger:in aus technischen oder kaufmännischen Berufen willkommen
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kund:innen (B2B) und im technischen Handel, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und kontaktfreudig
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die interne als auch externe Kommunikation
- Du bist während der ersten 3 bis 6 Monate vor Ort an unserem Standort präsent, um eine strukturierte Einarbeitung sicherzustellen – im Anschluss bieten wir Dir flexible Arbeitsmodelle an

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
