Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen fachlich und disziplinarisch die Mitarbeitenden im Team sowie die Auszubildenden
- Sie organisieren und steuern die Produktionsabläufe im Bereich Band und Blech
- Sie planen die Produktion zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards und optimieren kontinuierlich die Qualitätsziele
- Sie planen und setzen die Integration neuer Maschinen, Anlagen und Technologien in der Produktion um
- Sie identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und initiieren sowie setzen kontinuierliche Optimierungsmaßnahmen in Prozessen und Produkten um
- Sie unterstützen den Fertigungsleiter im operativen und strategischen Tagesgeschäft

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d), Verfahrenstechnologe (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Fertigung, idealerweise in der Edelmetallverarbeitung, und haben erste Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Walzen, Schneiden und Richten von Bändern und idealerweise Erfahrung in den Verfahren Stanzen, Biegen und Prägen
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von neuen Produkten und verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen, idealerweise MS 365, SAP R/3 und PDM-Systemen, und haben ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Umsetzung von Industrie 4.0 sowie an der Digitalisierung von Fertigungsprozessen
