Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sorgen für die Sicherheit auf unseren Straßen, indem Sie regelmäßige Streckenkontrollen durchführen, Baustellen absichern und so den Verkehr am Laufen halten
- Sie packen bei der Instandhaltung unserer Verkehrswege tatkräftig mit an – von der Grünpflege bis hin zu kleineren Reparatur- und Reinigungsarbeiten
- Mit unserem modernen Fuhrpark, für den Sie den CE-Führerschein nutzen, bedienen Sie souverän LKW, Mähgeräte und andere Spezialfahrzeuge
- Sie dokumentieren Ihre Einsätze und Tätigkeiten digital über unsere IT-Systeme und gewährleisten so einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss im Team
- Im Rahmen von Bereitschaftsdiensten, insbesondere im Winterdienst, stellen Sie auch außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeiten die Befahrbarkeit der Strecken sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Straßenwärter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in einem Handwerksberuf (z. B. als Schlosser:in, Maurer:in oder Gärtner:in)
- Sie besitzen den Führerschein der Klassen B und CE oder zeigen die Bereitschaft, die Klasse CE zu erwerben
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen im Winterdienst oder in der Verkehrsabsicherung mit
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie sind körperlich belastbar und bereit, im Rahmen von Schicht- und Bereitschaftsdiensten auch nachts und am Wochenende zu arbeiten
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und die Dokumentation bringen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
