Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig Fehlerdiagnosen an komplexen Landmaschinen durch und behebst Störungen an mechanischen, hydraulischen sowie elektronischen Systemen.
- Du übernimmst die regelmäßige Wartung und Inspektion des modernen Maschinenparks, um die Einsatzbereitschaft sicherzustellen und Ausfälle zu minimieren.
- Du rüstest landwirtschaftliche Geräte mit neuer Technik nach und nimmst diese direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kunden in Betrieb.
- Du berätst Kunden bei technischen Fragen und bist die direkte Ansprechperson für die Einweisung in die Maschinenbedienung.
- Du dokumentierst deine durchgeführten Arbeiten sorgfältig und stimmst dich eng mit dem Werkstatt-Team ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du kennst dich gut mit landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen aus und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in deren Bedienung.
- Eine engagierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team zeichnen dich aus.
- Idealerweise besitzt du die Führerscheine der Klassen B und T.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Alltag sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
