Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst im Kundenservice (m/w/d)

Was erwartet dich?
- Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen – telefonisch, per E-Mail oder über das CRM-System
- Erstellung von Angeboten und aktive Nachverfolgung bis zum Abschluss
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundenstammdaten in CRM- und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Prüfung, Erfassung und Bestätigung von Aufträgen
- Auftragsbezogene Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Herstellern
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen
- Bearbeitung von Preis- und Lieferanfragen
- Erstellung von Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Exportdokumente
- Souveräne Bearbeitung von Reklamationsanfragen, um den Kunden auch hier ein optimales Kundenerlebnis bieten zu können

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Industriekaufleute, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufleute oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Customer Service von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- und CRM-Systemen (SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und die Fähigkeit, über den Tellerrand hinaus zu denken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
