Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Neu- und Bestandskund:innen im Messdienstbereich und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson für alle Anliegen
- Du erstellst passgenaue Angebote für unsere Kund:innen und nutzt dafür unsere internen Systeme sowie MS Office
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Vertragsabteilung zusammen, unterstützt bei Rahmenverträgen und bringst dein Fachwissen zur Messtechnik ein
- Du übernimmst die Nachverfolgung deiner Angebote und bearbeitest eingehende Aufträge bis zur Erstellung der Montageaufträge
- Du bearbeitest Kund:innenanfragen sowie Reklamationen serviceorientiert und leitest komplexe Fälle an die zuständigen Fachbereiche weiter
- Du bringst dich aktiv in Projekte zur Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse ein und hilfst dabei, neue, digitale Wege zu gestalten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Messtechnik
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und hast Freude daran, dich in neue digitale Tools und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus und überzeugst durch deine klare Kund:innen- und Lösungsorientierung
- Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Teamplayer:in und sprichst sowie schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
