Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Installation und Inbetriebnahme von intelligenten Leuchten, darunter LED-Systeme sowie vernetzte Lichtlösungen im Raum Rheinland-Pfalz und Hessen
- Du bindest die Leuchten in webbasierte Benutzeroberflächen und moderne Steuerplattformen ein
- Du führst beim Kunden direkt vor Ort eigenständig Fehlerdiagnosen durch und übernimmst notwendige Reparaturen
- Du weist unsere Kund:innen technisch ein, schulst sie im sicheren und effizienten Umgang mit den Systemen und stehst ihnen bei Fragen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite
- Du dokumentierst Einsätze sorgfältig und gibst Rückmeldungen an das Projektteam, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicherzustellen
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Planung und Umsetzung innovativer Lichtlösungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit LED oder intelligenten Beleuchtungssystemen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder in einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist reisebereit und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, was dir den flexiblen Einsatz bei unseren Kund:innen ermöglicht
- Du sorgst mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt für eine professionelle Betreuung vor Ort
- Du gehst sicher mit webbasierten Tools und mobilen Endgeräten um
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Smart Lighting, Gebäudeautomation oder IoT-Systemen und bestenfalls auch Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik (IP, WLAN, Routerkonfiguration)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
