Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Reparatur von LED-Leuchten und sorgst für eine schnelle, fachgerechte Instandsetzung, um die volle Funktionalität für unsere Kunden sicherzustellen.
- Mithilfe webbasierter Tools analysierst und dokumentierst Du systematisch Kundenreklamationen, um die Fehlerursachen präzise zu identifizieren.
- Als technischer Ansprechpartner kommunizierst Du direkt mit Kunden, erklärst die Lösungswege und trägst so maßgeblich zur Servicequalität und Zufriedenheit bei.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserer englischen Muttergesellschaft zusammen, klärst technische Details auf Englisch und gibst wertvolles Feedback zur Produktverbesserung weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Feld.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit LED-Technik oder Lichtsteuerungen mit.
- Mit deiner lösungsorientierten Art und deinem sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Tools findest du dich schnell in neue Systeme ein und hilfst unseren Kunden kompetent weiter.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, schätzt aber auch den regelmäßigen Austausch im Team, um gemeinsam die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut mit unserem Mutterkonzern in England verständigen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
