Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die ganzheitliche Steuerung von Bauprojekten für öffentliche und industrielle Auftraggeber – von der Planung über die Vergabe bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards sicher und steuern das Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement konsequent nach VOB und HOAI.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinieren Sie alle Projektbeteiligten, darunter Architekten, Fachingenieure sowie ausführende Firmen, und sorgen für eine transparente Kommunikation.
- Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Auftraggeber, berichten regelmäßig über den Projektfortschritt und stellen eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung mit
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen AHO, VOB und HOAI und haben Freude daran, diese in der Praxis anzuwenden.
- Mit Ihrer kommunikativen und teamorientierten Art fällt es Ihnen leicht, alle Projektbeteiligten zu koordinieren und für ein gemeinsames Ziel zu begeistern.
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiten Dienstreisen zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
