Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Steuerung unserer Türprojekte in Deutschland – von der technischen Planung über die Budget- und Terminüberwachung bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Kunden erarbeitest Du die technischen Spezifikationen und stellst sicher, dass alle Anforderungen präzise an die Produktion übergeben werden.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst Du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, der internen Fertigung und externen Partnern, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Du überwachst proaktiv den Projektfortschritt, identifizierst frühzeitig Risiken und sorgst mit regelmäßigen Reportings für volle Transparenz gegenüber allen Stakeholdern.
- Du bist regelmäßig vor Ort auf den Baustellen, um die Qualität zu sichern und die erfolgreiche Übergabe der Projekte persönlich zu begleiten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z.B. Bauwesen, Holztechnik, Maschinenbau o.Ä.)
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Türen- oder Innenausbau
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
- Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland
- Du sprichst gutes Englisch und sehr gutes Deutsch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
