Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück der Werkstatt verantwortest Du die gesamte Auftragssteuerung für PKW sowie NFZ und stellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team eine termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Reparatur sicher.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung Deines Werkstatt-Teams, motivierst Deine Mitarbeiter:innen und förderst aktiv ihre Weiterentwicklung.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Serviceberater:innen planst Du die Werkstattauslastung und bist die zentrale technische Ansprechperson für komplexe Diagnosefälle.
- Du führst die Endkontrolle der Fahrzeuge durch, verantwortest die finale Qualitätsprüfung und sorgst bei der Fahrzeugübergabe für zufriedene Kund:innen.
- Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards und kümmerst Dich um die volle Einsatzbereitschaft der Werkstattausrüstung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Meisterprüfung im Kfz-Handwerk (PKW oder NFZ) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung aus der Werkstatt mit und hast idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
- Mit deiner kundenorientierten Art und deinem Durchsetzungsvermögen behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
- Du kennst dich bestens mit moderner Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechanik und Diagnoseprozessen aus.
- Deine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse (C1) ermöglichen eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Kund:innen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
