Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst kanalübergreifende Marketingkampagnen für Dubaro und Memory PC – von der Konzeption bis zur Auswertung
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kanalverantwortlichen aus Onsite Marketing, Newsletter Marketing und Influencer Marketing zusammen und sorgst für eine abgestimmte Kampagnenumsetzung über alle Touchpoints hinweg
- Du verantwortest unsere Hersteller- und Partnerkampagnen gemeinsam mit dem Marketing-Lead – inklusive Abstimmung mit Partnern, operativer Umsetzung, Budgetverwaltung und Reporting
- Du betreust unser organisches Social Media Marketing und entwickelst kanalgerechte Content- und Kommunikationspläne für unsere Communities
- Du orchestrierst die Content-Produktion in Grafik und Video und sorgst dafür, dass Inhalte termingerecht, markengerecht und kanaladäquat geliefert werden
- Du unterstützt aktiv den Markteintritt in neue Länder – mit passenden Kampagnen, lokalisierten Inhalten und einem klaren Gespür für die jeweiligen Marktbesonderheiten
- Du analysierst Kampagnenergebnisse, leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und entwickelst unsere Kampagnenprozesse kontinuierlich weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst 2–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Kampagnenmanagement, Social Media oder Partner-/Hersteller-Marketing
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung kanalübergreifender Kampagnen und in der Koordination interner Teams sowie externer Dienstleister:innen oder Agenturen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und projektorientiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Kampagnen den Überblick
- Du bringst ein analytisches Verständnis für Kampagnen-KPIs mit (Reichweite, Engagement, Conversion, ROAS) und triffst Entscheidungen datenbasiert
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Content, Storytelling und markengerechte Kommunikation – idealerweise im Gaming-, Tech- oder Hardware-Umfeld
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Partner:innen, Creatorn und internen Teams
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind willkommen
- Du hast Begeisterung für PC Gaming, Gaming-Hardware und die Creator-Szene
