Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach US-GAAP mit.
- Mithilfe von MS Excel erstellst du aussagekräftige Berichte sowie Soll-Ist-Analysen und unterstützt so das Management bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Finanzteam arbeitest du an der Geschäftsplanung, indem du Forecasts und das jährliche Budget erstellst.
- Du unterstützt im Projektcontrolling bei der Überwachung und Analyse von Projektbudgets.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der SOX-Compliance-Anforderungen sicher und hilfst bei der Dokumentation der internen Kontrollsysteme.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich BWL/Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Abschlüssen nach US-GAAP und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit SOX-Compliance-Anforderungen gesammelt.
- Deine MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, sind hervorragend und du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Systeme ein.
- Mit deiner analytischen Denkweise und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du stets den Überblick.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne mit Kolleg:innen zusammen und bringst dich proaktiv ein.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2) und fließend auf Englisch (C1).
