Was erwartet Dich?
- Als strategischer Partner gestaltest Du aktiv die Organisationsentwicklung und berätst die Geschäftsführung sowie Führungskräfte bei allen personalrelevanten und strategischen Fragestellungen.
- Du analysierst und optimierst eigenverantwortlich unsere internen Geschäfts- und HR-Prozesse, um zukunftsfähige und effiziente Strukturen zu schaffen.
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Stellenausschreibung über die Kandidatenauswahl bis hin zur Vertragsgestaltung und dem Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder.
- Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle, agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für das Team und stellst eine serviceorientierte Betreuung sicher.
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung unserer kaufmännischen Auszubildenden, planst ihre Einsätze und förderst ihre fachliche sowie persönliche Entwicklung.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Organisationsentwicklung mit und hast Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten.
- Du hast mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung als HR Generalist (m/w/d) und kennst die gesamte Bandbreite moderner Personalarbeit.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und gehst Themen strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert an.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit überzeugst du mit sozialer Kompetenz, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und gehst mit sensiblen Informationen absolut diskret um.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
