Wie Du einen Mehrwert schaffst
- Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen zu klinischen und administrativen Ansprechpartnern in Süddeutschland auf und verantwortest die Akquise neuer Implantationszentren.
- Als technischer Experte assistierst Du direkt bei Implantationen im OP, führst Nachuntersuchungen durch und bist für die Fehlerbehebung zuständig.
- Du steuerst Deine Vertriebsaktivitäten, planst Deine Kundenbesuche effizient und übernimmst schrittweise die Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung für Deine Region.
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Screening-Programmen und hilfst bei der Organisation und Durchführung von medizinischen Fortbildungen (CCM-Akademien).
- Deine Aktivitäten und Kundendaten dokumentierst Du sorgfältig in Salesforce und erstellst regelmäßige Berichte mit Microsoft Office.

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine alternative medizinische Ausbildung – ein höherer Abschluss in Technik oder Wirtschaft ist ein Plus.
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis mit, um bei Implantationen und Nachuntersuchungen kompetent unterstützen zu können.
- Als Organisationstalent arbeitest du sehr strukturiert, detailorientiert und behältst stets den Überblick.
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und den Aufbau von starken, langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen.
- Für die Kommunikation mit Kunden und im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
