· Fachkundige Unterstützung bei Fragen rund um unsere Versicherungsprodukte
· Schnelle und zuverlässige Bearbeitung von Angebots- und Deckungsanfragen
· Erstellung individueller und bedarfsgerechter Angebote sowie passgenauer Lösungen für die Kunden der Makler
· Begleitung und Unterstützung der Makler im gesamten Antrags- und Vertragsprozess
· Ausarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Konzepte in enger Abstimmung mit den Maklern
· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Maklerpools und Vertriebspartnern zur optimalen Platzierung unserer Produkte
· Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger, partnerschaftlicher Beziehungen zu unseren Vertriebspartnern
· Information und Schulung der Makler zu Produkten und Tarifen
· Teilnahme und Mitwirkung an Maklerveranstaltungen
· Administrative Aufgaben wie Pflege und Aktualisierung des CRM-Systems, sorgfältige Dokumentation von Vorgängen und Überwachung relevanter Fristen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
