Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die termin-, qualitäts- und kostenkonforme Umsetzung des Produktionsprogramms
- Sie führen die Mitarbeitenden fachlich und disziplinarisch, inklusive Einsatzplanung und Entwicklung
- Sie rüsten Kunststoffspritzgießmaschinen, Automationsanlagen, Pressen und Vorrichtungen und überwachen die Einstellparameter gemäß Vorgaben und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Sie stellen Messeinrichtungen ein, führen Werkzeugwechsel durch und richten Werkzeuge nach Tabellen und Einstellplänen ein; Fertigung und ggf. Freigabe von Probeteilen inklusive Parameterkorrektur
- Sie optimieren Bearbeitungsabläufe, regen technische Verbesserungsmaßnahmen an und analysieren sowie beheben Ablaufstörungen; Austausch und Justierung von Betriebsmitteln sowie Kommunikation mit der Instandhaltung
- Sie dokumentieren Störungen, wirken aktiv bei nachhaltiger Prozessverbesserung mit und überwachen sowie führen Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffspritzgießen, vorzugsweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Umgang mit Automatisierungssystemen.
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung in einem fertigungsnahen Umfeld.
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Rüsten und Einstellen von Kunststoffspritzgießmaschinen sowie im Umgang mit Vorrichtungen und Peripheriegeräten.
- Sie überzeugen durch Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise einem ERP-System.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
