Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst den Status quo der Kunden-Shops, entwickelst maßgeschneiderte GEO-Strategien und setzt sie operativ um, um die KI-Sichtbarkeit strategisch aufzubauen und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kund:innen in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini & Co. präsent sind
- Du steuerst den laufenden Content-Lifecycle der Kundenprojekte, erstellst regelmäßige Performance-Reportings und leitest daraus präzise Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du bereitest Kunden-Workshops eigenständig vor, moderierst sie souverän und dokumentierst Ergebnisse so, dass daraus direkt messbare Projektfortschritte entstehen
- Du pflegst Prozesse, Richtlinien und Arbeitsabläufe strukturiert und nutzt KI-gestützte Tools, um Dokumentation effizienter und lückenloser zu machen
- Du analysierst die organische Performance von Kunden-Shops, identifizierst Potenziale und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen zur GEO-, Content- und Feed-Optimierung ein
- Du planst Sprints gemeinsam mit deinem Team, behältst den Überblick über laufende Aufgaben und stellst sicher, dass Timelines eingehalten werden

- Du bringst fundiertes SEO-Wissen mit, einschließlich On-Page, technisches SEO und Content-Strategie, und hast ein Gespür dafür, wie hochwertige Inhalte organische Sichtbarkeit erzeugen. Erfahrung mit Content-Konzeption ist ein Plus
- Du weißt, wie generative KI-Systeme wie ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini und Claude funktionieren und wie man sie im E-Commerce-Kontext strategisch einsetzt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
