Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst und wickelst Luftfracht- und Seefracht-Sendungen im Export und Import ab
- Du erstellst und prüfst Transportdokumente, wie z.B. Frachtbriefe, Zollpapiere und Exportdokumente
- Du verhandelst und kommunizierst mit Kund:innen, Airlines, Reedern und Zollbehörden
- Du überwachst Sendungen und kümmerst dich um die Nachverfolgung, um eine termingerechte Lieferung sicherzustellen
- Du sorgst für die reibungslose Abwicklung von Import- und Exportzollformalitäten und pflegst sowie dokumentierst die relevanten Auftrags- und Sendungsdaten im System
- Du kalkulierst und erstellst selbständig Offerten an unsere Kund:innen und Partner:innen mit anschließendem Follow-Up
- Du führst Ratenverhandlungen mit Reedern, Airlines und Geschäftspartner:innen durch
- Du reportest an unsere Geschäftsleitung und bist im Austausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen auf den entsprechenden Abteilungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Spedition im Bereich Export/Import in der Luft- und Seefracht mit
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistungen
- Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, bist kommunikativ und arbeitest selbständig
- Du bist kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und hast im besten Falle auch etwas Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du kommunizierst mühelos auf Englisch, sowohl per E-Mail als auch am Telefon oder im persönlichen Gespräch
- Du kennst Dich gut mit den MS Office Tools wie Word, Excel und Outlook aus
- Du brennst dafür, etwas Eigenes auf- und auszubauen, Dein eigenes Ding zu machen und zusammen mit unserem Unternehmen weiter zu wachsen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
