- Gesamtverantwortung für Sicherheit, Qualität, Liefertreue, Produktivität und Kostenperformance
- Sicherstellung der Erfüllung interner und externer Kundenanforderungen
- Steuerung aller wertstromrelevanten Themen mit Fokus auf Fluss und Stabilität
- Priorisierung bei Zielkonflikten aus Kundensicht
- Disziplinarische Führung der Produktionsorganisation (Area Leads, Teamleads, Mitarbeitende)
- Führung über Kennzahlen, Shopfloor-Routinen und Eskalationsmechanismen
- Sicherstellung einer stabilen Tagessteuerung
- Steuerung von Engpässen, Abweichungen und Risiken
- Verantwortung für Zielerreichung innerhalb der vereinbarten Jahresziele
- Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsstruktur hin zu wertstromorientierten Einheiten
- Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Verankerung von Lean-Methoden (PDCA, A3, Standard Work, Problemlösung am Ort des Geschehens)
- Fachliche Priorisierung gegenüber TECH, PLAN, LOG und EHS bei wertstromkritischen Themen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktion oder wertstromnahen Führungsrollen
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Wertstromdenken, Lean Management und operativer Steuerung
- Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Produktionsorganisationen (<50 Mitarbeitende)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme strukturiert zu analysieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Klarheit in Priorisierung und Entscheidungsfindung
- Hohe Veränderungskompetenz und Führungsstärke
- Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Orientierung zu geben
- Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsgeschick und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Gestaltung und Zusammenarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
