Was erwartet Sie?
- Aufnahme & Beurteilung: Sie nehmen Schäden und Mängel von Bauwerken der Bahninfrastruktur (z.B. Bahnsteige) auf, beurteilen die Sanierungsfähigkeit und übernehmen eine erste Aufwandsabschätzung
- Koordination: Sie sind verantwortlich für die technische Koordination, Umsetzung und Steuerung sämtlicher Abläufe bei Sanierungsmaßnahmen
- Verantwortung & Kommunikation: Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung (in quality, in time, in budget) für die Projekte und sorgen für eine transparente Kommunikation zwischen Bereichsleitung, Technischem Büro und Arbeitsvorbereitung zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker oder einen Meistertitel im Bauwesen.
- Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung in der Betoninstandsetzung mit und haben idealerweise eine SIVV-Weiterbildung absolviert.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Sanierung und im Umgang mit Kunden ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Entscheidungsfreude und die Bereitschaft zu Reisen zeichnen Sie aus.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Partnern kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
