Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern nationale und internationale Einkaufsprojekte zur Analyse von Material- und Herstellungskosten und leiten Einsparpotenziale ab
- Sie überwachen und optimieren Materialkosten von der Entwicklung über die Qualifizierung bis hin zum Serienanlauf
- Sie planen und setzen abgestimmte Demand- und Supply-Szenarien um, um geplante Absatz- und Vertriebsziele zu erreichen
- Sie überwachen die mittel- und langfristige Kapazitätsallokation bei Lieferanten und managen Bestände zur zielgerichteten Bewältigung von Engpasssituationen
- Sie verhandeln Einkaufsbedingungen bis hin zum Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen und wickeln Bestellvorgänge operativ ab
- Sie managen Lieferanten, bauen die Lieferantenstruktur auf und entwickeln sie weiter, während Sie Geschäftsprozesse im Einkauf weiterentwickeln und standardisieren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in diesem Bereich
- Sie haben bereits mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf und sind verhandlungssicher mit ausgeprägtem Kostenbewusstsein
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how
- Sie treten sicher auf, haben Durchsetzungsvermögen und sind genau, zuverlässig, flexibel sowie begeistert von Prozessoptimierungen
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sind versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, ERP-Systemen und modernen digitalen Tools
