Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung Ihres Montageteams und verantworten dessen strategische Weiterentwicklung.
- Sie verantworten die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der gesamten Prozesskette für die Vor- und Endmontage unserer Armaturen und Antriebe.
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher, indem Sie die finalen Funktions- und Dichtheitsprüfungen koordinieren und freigeben.
- Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse aktiv voran, analysieren relevante Kennzahlen und nutzen dafür auch unser ERP-System.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister:in oder Techniker:in sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld mit.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihr fundiertes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere in der Fertigungs- und Montagetechnik.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit motivieren Sie Ihr Team mit klarer Kommunikation und einer Hands-on-Mentalität – erste Führungserfahrung ist dabei von Vorteil.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und haben idealerweise bereits mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet.
- Ihre sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse ermöglichen Ihnen eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit anderen Abteilungen.
