Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Begleitung der Projekte in der Bauausführungsphase
- Aufstellung und Ermittlung von Projektbudgets (Auftragskalkulationen)
- Führung der Arbeitskalkulation und Analyse von Soll- / Ist-Vergleichen
- Erfassung von Leistungsparametern der laufenden Baustelle sowie Herausarbeitung der monatlichen Leistungsmeldung
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit der Projekleitung zur Steuerung des Projektes
- Mitarbeit beim Claim Management des Projektes sowie Herausarbeitung und Kalkulation von potenziellen Nachträgen
- Ermittlung von Projektprognosen
- Erstellung von Liquiditätsplanungen

- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (idealerweise im Bereich Baubetrieb / Bauingeneurwesen oder vergleichbar)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Kalkulationsprogrammen bzw. Bauprojektmangement Software, idealerweise RIB iTWO
- Kenntnisse / Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Großprojekten sind wünschenswert
- Technisches Grundverständnis
- Dauerhafte Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität beim Einsatzort
- Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten sowie gute und sichere Ausdrucksweise (auch in Englisch)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
