Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest die Projekte in der Bauausführungsphase
- Du stellst Projektbudgets auf und ermittelst diese (Auftragskalkulationen)
- Du führst die Arbeitskalkulation und analysierst Soll- / Ist-Vergleiche
- Du erfasst Leistungsparameter der laufenden Baustelle und arbeitest die monatliche Leistungsmeldung heraus
- Du arbeitest intensiv mit der Projektleitung zur Steuerung des Projektes zusammen
- Du bist an der Mitarbeit beim Claim Management des Projektes beteiligt und arbeitest potenzielle Nachträge heraus und kalkulierst diese

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Bereich Baubetrieb / Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Kalkulationsprogrammen bzw. Bauprojektmanagement Software, idealerweise RIB iTWO
- Du hast Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Großprojekten, was wünschenswert ist
- Du besitzt ein technisches Grundverständnis
- Du bist dauerhaft reisebereit und flexibel beim Einsatzort
- Du trittst verhandlungssicher auf und hast eine gute und sichere Ausdrucksweise, auch in Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
