Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und koordinierst eigenständig die Serviceeinsätze unserer Außendiensttechniker:innen in Berlin, von der Wartung komplexer Pumpenanlagen bis hin zu dringenden Reparaturen in der SHK-Technik.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson am Telefon und per E-Mail berätst Du unsere Kund:innen kompetent bei technischen Anfragen und nimmst neue Serviceaufträge präzise auf.
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Serviceangebote und sorgst nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Arbeiten für die korrekte Rechnungsstellung.
- Du überwachst den gesamten Auftragsprozess, pflegst die Serviceberichte der Techniker:innen und stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Dokumente für den Abschluss bereitstehen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau mit technischem Interesse oder als Handwerker:in mit dem Wunsch nach einer Bürotätigkeit)
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst, in der Disposition oder einer ähnlichen organisatorischen Tätigkeit mit. Erfahrungen in der Pumpentechnik oder SHK-Branche sind ein großer Vorteil
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert, bist zuverlässig und behältst auch bei einer Vielzahl von Aufgaben stets den Überblick
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen und Techniker:innen unerlässlich sind

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
