- Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Schadenfälle in der Berufs- und Vermögensschadenhaftpflicht – von der ersten Meldung über die rechtliche Analyse bis zur finalen Regulierung.
- Sie prüfen komplexe Haftungsfragen, insbesondere im Architekten- und Ingenieurrecht, und beraten Ihre Mandanten fundiert zu versicherungsrechtlichen Themen.
- Sie gestalten und prüfen Vertragsklauseln, um den Haftungs- und Versicherungsschutz für eure Mandanten optimal auszurichten.
- Sie übernehmen die gesamte Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit allen beteiligten Parteien wie Mandanten, Anwälten, Gutachtern und Versicherern.
- Gemeinsam im Team wirken Sie an der Weiterentwicklung der internen Schadenprozesse und Richtlinien mit.

- Sie haben dein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit dem 2. juristischen Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Berufserfahrung als Rechtsanwalt mit, vorzugsweise mit Berührungspunkten zum Bau-, Architekten- oder Versicherungsrecht.
- Sie haben ein starkes Interesse an komplexen Haftungsfragen und überzeugen durch Ihre hohe Beratungskompetenz im direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Mit Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen vertreten Sie souverän die Interessen unserer Mandanten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
