- Planung und Gestaltung spannender Projekte – von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur Ausführungsreife
- Idealerweise: Überwachung und Steuerung von Baustellen im Hinblick auf Kosten, Termine und Qualität
- Erstellung von Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplänen sowie 3D-Modellen
- Durchführung von Bauvoranfragen und Genehmigungsverfahren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur (Diplom oder Master)
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung von Bauprojekten, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Planungssoftware (Revit, AutoCAD, California.x)
- Kreativität und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Gestaltung und Ästhetik
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
