Ihre Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung der kompletten Finanzbuchhaltung unserer Gesellschaft unter Einsatz digitaler Lösungen
- Zahlungsverkehr, OP-Verwaltung sowie Mahnwesen
- Erstellung der Reisekostenabrechnungen für die Geschäftsführung sowie Prüfung der Reisekostenabrechnungen von Mitarbeitenden
- Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Schnittstelle zwischen Finanzbuchhaltung und Lohnbuchhaltung für Anfragen und Abstimmungen
- Korrespondenz mit Versicherungen und Berufskammern sowie Erstellung verschiedener statistischer Meldungen

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Handelsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Excel; Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber digitalisierten, automatisierten Prozessen und Freude am Einsatz von KI-Tools
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, digitalen Umfeld und die Bereitschaft, sich flexibel auf neue Herausforderungen einzustellen
