- Du betreust und bearbeitest Anwenderanfragen, Störungen und Änderungswünsche rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central unternehmensweit in Deutschland und der Schweiz
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen eigenständig im 1st-Level-Support
- Du analysierst und grenzt Fehlerbilder in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT ein
- Du leitest qualifizierte Tickets an den 2nd-Level-Support, DevOps oder externe Partner weiter
- Du unterstützt bei Tests, Abnahmen und der Einführung neuer Funktionen und Änderungen
- Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen und unterstützt beim Wissensaufbau in den Fachbereichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung als Consultant, Application Manager (m/w/d), im Support oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Umfeld von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder einer vergleichbaren ERP-Anwendung mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich IT, in einem kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Anwendersupport sowie in der strukturierten Aufnahme und Beschreibung von Anforderungen und Fehlermeldungen
- Du hast Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse sowie grundlegende Schnittstellen wie ERP, CRM, Banking und DMS
- Du bist kommunikationsstark in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und serviceorientiert mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch an Dokumentation und Ticketbearbeitung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
