Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Konstruktionsteams und steuern die Abteilung anhand relevanter Kennzahlen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb planen und steuern Sie alle Konstruktions- und Entwicklungsaufträge und stellen deren termingerechte Umsetzung sicher.
- Sie konzipieren und entwickeln mit SolidWorks innovative Neukonstruktionen im Bereich Getränke- und Kältetechnik und passen bestehende Systeme an spezifische Kundenanforderungen an.
- Sie analysieren und optimieren kontinuierlich die Konstruktionsprozesse und Arbeitsabläufe, um die Effizienz zu steigern – dabei nutzen Sie auch die Möglichkeiten von ERP-Systemen.
- Als treibende Kraft für Innovationen bewerten Sie neue Technologien sowie Materialien und bringen aktiv eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufs- und erste Führungserfahrung in der Konstruktion mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in branchenspezifischen Bereichen wie der Getränketechnologie und Kältetechnik.
- Im Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Software wie SolidWorks sowie gängigen MS Office- und ERP-Anwendungen sind Sie versiert.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strategisch und prozessorientiert, wobei Sie unternehmerisch denken und die Kosten stets im Blick behalten.
- Sie haben Freude daran, innovative Ideen zu entwickeln und Ihr Team für deren Umsetzung zu begeistern.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).
