Für unser Team in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Bau- und Projektkaufmann (m/w/d) – jemanden, der Zahlen liebt, strukturiert denkt und Freude daran hat, Projekte kaufmännisch zum Erfolg zu führen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Steuerung unserer Anlagenbau- und Serviceprojekte – von der Aufmaßprüfung über die Rechnungsstellung bis zum Vertragsabgleich.
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit der Bauleitung, dem Projektmanagement und dem Einkauf, um Nachträge und Arbeitskalkulationen präzise abzustimmen.
- Du identifizierst und bewertest proaktiv Projektrisiken und sorgst so für die notwendige Transparenz und Sicherheit im Projektverlauf.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Monats- und Quartalsberichte, entwickelst Forecasts und überwachst souverän die Einhaltung der Projektbudgets.
- Mithilfe von Excel konsolidierst Du buchhalterische Daten zu einem transparenten Projektcontrolling und unterstützt aktiv das Forderungs- und Liquiditätsmanagement.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektcontrolling mit, idealerweise im Bau- oder Anlagenbau.
- Deine Excel-Kenntnisse sind hervorragend und du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für buchhalterische Prozesse und Zahlen.
- Eine strukturierte, detailgenaue und proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, um Projekte zielsicher zu steuern.
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
