Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Beratungsteam in der täglichen Kundenbetreuung – z. B. bei Abstimmungen, Briefings und Präsentationen
- Du arbeitest in Projekten mit und übernimmst klar definierte Aufgabenpakete in Kampagnen, Maßnahmen und Roll-outs
- Du hilfst bei der Organisation und Koordination und lernst, Timings, Abläufe und Qualität im Blick zu behalten
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams wie Kreation und Strategie zusammen und bekommst Einblick in unterschiedliche Disziplinen der Markenkommunikation
- Du übernimmst mit wachsender Erfahrung zunehmend Verantwortung – zunächst für Teilprojekte, später auch für kleinere Kunden- oder Projektbereiche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich PR oder Marketing
- Du bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Agentur-, Marketing-, Healthcare- oder Medienumfeld mit – z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Interesse an Marken, Kommunikation und Beratung und willst verstehen, wie starke Healthcare-Marken aufgebaut und geführt werden
- Du verfügst über sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hast Spaß daran, Dinge zuverlässig umzusetzen
- Du zeigst Teamgeist, bist offen für Feedback und hast Lust, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du magst Abwechslung, arbeitest gern an mehreren Themen parallel und behältst auch bei Deadlines einen kühlen Kopf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
