Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die technische Bauabrechnung nach VOB für anspruchsvolle Tiefbauprojekte.
- Du erstellst das Aufmaß und die Massenermittlung anhand von Plänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie direkt bei Baustellenbegehungen.
- Du fertigst prüffähige Abrechnungsunterlagen für die Auftraggeber an.
- Du prüfst Nachunternehmerrechnungen und wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Nachträgen mit.
- Du dokumentierst baubegleitend die aktuellen Leistungsstände und schreibst die Mengen kontinuierlich fort.
- Du nutzt moderne Software für die digitale Mengenermittlung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bauwesen, der Bautechnik, der Vermessungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der VOB‑Abrechnung gesammelt und gehst sicher mit Leistungsverzeichnissen um.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Massenermittlung, im Aufmaß und im Nachtragsmanagement.
- Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit gängiger Abrechnungssoftware.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise aus und hast echte Freude an Zahlen.
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Teamorientierung.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit (C2).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
