Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Steuerung und Abwicklung von mittleren bis großen Bauprojekten, von der Planungskoordination nach HOAI bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe.
- Sie kontrollieren aktiv den Baufortschritt und stellen die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten sicher, inklusive der Rechnungsprüfung nach VOB.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Projektbeteiligten und Fachingenieure leiten Sie die gewerkeübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation.
- Sie gewährleisten die konsequente Einhaltung aller relevanten Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften auf der Baustelle.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen abgeschlossen und bringen idealerweise mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Bauprojekten mit.
- In den relevanten Regelwerken wie VOB und HOAI sind Sie sattelfest und haben Erfahrung in der Bauherrenvertretung.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von hoher Eigenverantwortung, Lösungsorientierung und einem sicheren Auftreten gegenüber allen Projektbeteiligten.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C2-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
